Riton 3D M-150

Why the M-150 with Z-Printer.

SLM, selective laser melting

Metal is fused layer by layer in a controlled atmosphere: solid-part density, with no casting and no roughing pass.

Laser: 1 × fibra ≤ 500 W · 1,064 µm

A fibre source with galvanometer scanning at ≤ 14.000 mm/s.

In-house software

Automatic job preparation and a parameter database by material.

Built to produce

Automatic gas and oxygen control, a magnetic build plate and a frame that holds up through the whole shift.

Additive metal manufacturing, with nobody in between.

What the manufacturer's sheet declares, unembellished.

Build volume

Ø 150 × 140 mm (con placa incluida)

Layer thickness

20 – 60 µm

In-house software, from part to plate.

The M-150 ships with Riton 3D's preparation and control software: it lays out the parts and works out the paths automatically, with a database of validated parameters by material, and logs every print.

  • Automatic layout and path planning
  • Validated parameters by material
  • Takes STEP, IGES, SLC, CLI and STL
  • Print log for traceability

Ancillary equipment.

The printer is one part of the workflow. This is what goes with it in a lab that produces.

Nitrogen generator

Makes the process gas on site, with no dependence on cylinders.

Explosion-proof vacuum

Collects the metal powder with the safety a reactive material demands.

Powder sieving machine

Recovers unfused powder and returns it to the cycle, graded.

Heat treatment furnace

Relieves stress and gives the material its final properties.

Cut-off saw

Separates the parts from the base plate once the print is done.
